The Garvin is a popular personal working space. It’s perfect for one-to-one meetings, informal interviews, and private phone calls.

Standard rate:
£20 p/h excluding VAT. Minimum hire of two hours.
Charity rate:
£12 p/h excluding VAT. Minimum hire of two hours.

The Garvin comes equipped with facilities including Wi-Fi, a computer, a top of the range TV screen, and a whiteboard, all available at no extra cost.
A telephone is also available with a small flat fee if the hirer wishes to dial out. All other equipment listed is available at no extra cost to hirers.
BACKSTORY
The Garvin was named in honour of James Garvin, journalist, author and editor of The Observer (1908 – 1942). He is celebrated for restoring The Observer to success after a period of financial uncertainty. He is the author of The Economic Foundations of Peace.
